OUR ASSESSMENT

After the search strategy has been determined, our clients select a list of core competencies from our competency library that they feel are essential for candidates to possess, in order for them to be both successful in the position as well as be successful within the company.  The competencies are a number of personality traits that are associated with “Thinking Characteristics”, “Working Characteristics” and “Relating Characteristics”. 

Recruit King uses these selected competencies when interviewing potential candidates, we test candidates against these competencies creating an assessment profile, and finally we conduct reference checking of the candidates against these competencies.   

We make a point of sharing the assessment profiles with all candidates and we structure this feedback in a way designed to ensure that this is a positive and constructive developmental experience for the candidate.

For every shortlisted candidate, our clients receive a comprehensive 30 page assessment profile. We believe that this assessment and profile is a key factor in our above-industry-standard placement retention rates.
