This multi-tiered strategy ensures that we are targeting not only the most relevant candidates for our clients’ roles, but the most qualified candidates in terms of the specific fit for your organization.

After sharing this targeting report with you, you’ll have the opportunity to make additional recommendations or revisions. Once we are on the same page with regards to the need, the hunt begins.
